Third Party Harassment Survey

Following on from the successful passing of Motion 6 at the 2012 CWU Women’s Conference held in Peterborough in September 2012, in conjunction with the T&FS Department and the Northern Ireland Telecom Branch, we are very pleased to bring this survey to your attention.
After a recent visit to call centres in Northern Ireland, it was evident that some advisors were being subjected to third party harassment. Furthermore, employers were not taking the necessary steps when being made aware of the harassment. This exercise is designed to give all workers based in a call centre the opportunity to provide the CWU with vital evidence which can then be shared with employers accordingly to develop supportive policy.
Completion of the survey will only take a few minutes and all submissions will be anonymous.
